Selcuk Journal of Agriculture and Food Sciences Dergisi özgün bilimsel yayınlara yer vermektedir. Editöryal çalışmalar dışında, yayınlanan tüm makaleler çift-kör hakemlik sürecine tabidir. 1992 yılından bu yana Selçuk Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi tarafından Nisan, Temmuz ve Aralık aylarında olmak üzere yılda 3 sayı olarak yayınlanan Selcuk Journal of Agriculture and Food Sciences dergisinin yayın dili İngilizce'dir.
