Özet

Bu araştırmada çalışanların duygusal kaynaklarının tükenmesi ile ortaya çıkan ve işlerine duyarsızlaşmaları, başarı hislerinin azalmasıyla kendini gösteren tükenmişliğinin üzerinde psikolojik sermayelerinin etkisini incelemek amaçlanmıştır. Maslach Tükenmişlik Envanteri ve Psikolojik Sermaye Ölçeği kullanılarak 215 öğretmenden elde edilen veriler yapısal eşitlik modeli yöntemiyle analiz edilmiştir. Ulaşılan sonuçlar tükenmişliğin kişisel başarı hissi azalması boyutu üzerinde psikolojik sermayenin iyimserlik boyutunun ve tükenmişliğin duyarsızlaşma boyutu üzerinde psikolojik sermayenin psikolojik dayanıklılık boyutunun aksi yönde etkisinin olduğunu göstermiştir. Araştırmanın tüm sonuçları alan yazını bağlamında tartışılmıştır.
