Avrasya Dosyası, Haziran ve Aralık aylarında olmak üzere yılda iki kez (ayrıca her yıl bir özel sayı) yayınlanan uluslararası, çift aşamalı kör hakem sistemi kullanan akademik bir dergidir. Dergide, temel odak noktası olarak ülkemizi ilgilendiren stratejik alanlarla sosyal bilimler ile ilgili bilim dallarından makaleler yayın süreçlerine kabul edilmektedir. Avrasya Dosyası, intihalleri tespit etmek ve engellemek amacıyla Turnitin intihal tespit yazılımı kullanmaktadır. Benzerlik oranı %15 ve üzeri olan yazılar hakeme gönderilmeksizin reddedilir.
