Testamentums are legal proceedings in which the testator can, in principle, withdraw the declaration of will freely until his death. A will that has been revoked can also be revoked. It is one of the important debates in Turkish and Swiss law whether the first legal action that took place in the past will automatically gain validity if the withdrawal process is also withdrawn.
