Özet
Prematüre bebekler ve annelerinin doğum sonrası dönemde pek çok sorun ile karşılaşma ihtimalleri vardır. Bu nedenle anne ve bebeklerinin bakım gereksinimleri artmıştır. Bu çalışma, prematüre bebeği olan annelere taburculuk sonrası yapılan ev ziyaretlerinin postpartum depresyon, annelik rolüne uyum ve yenidoğan sağlığına etkisini belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. kolik, umblikal kord enfeksiyonu, umlikal kord kanaması ve üriner sistem enfeksiyonu açısından gruplar arasındaki fark istatistiksel olarak önemsiz bulunurken, konak, pişik, pamukçuk ve konjuktivit bakımından gruplar arasındaki fark istatistiksel olarak müdahale grubu lehine önemli bulunmuştur (p<0.05). Çalışmada prematüre bebeği olan annelere taburculuk sonrası yapılan ev ziyaretlerinin postpartum depresyon puan ortalamalarını, annelik rolüne uyumda zorluk yaşama durumunu ve yenidoğan sağlık sorunlarını azaltıcı yönde etkisi olduğu tespit edilmiştir
