Abstract

The aim of various retinal imaging techniques is visualization of morphological changes at the cellular and tissue level. Scanning laser ophthalmoscopy (SLO) is based on scanning the fundus with a highly collimated narrow laser beam and measuring the backscattered light intensity. We review the progress of SLO devices and their applications in ophthalmology

Özet

Çeşitli retinal görüntüleme tekniklerinin amacı, hücresel ve doku düzeyinde morfolojik değişikliklerin görselleştirilmesidir. Tarayıcı (scanning) lazer oftalmoskop (SLO) fundusun oldukça paralel dar lazer ışını ile taranması ve geri saçılan ışık yoğunluğunun ölçülmesine dayanır. Biz SLO cihazlarının gelişimini ve onların oftalmolojideki uygulamalarını gözden geçireceğiz
