Abstract

The aim of this study is to test the validity and reliability of the Fitpodz Reaction Measurement Device with the ÇAĞIN Hand and Foot Reaction Tests. A total of 54 football players from the U18 women's football team were included in the study. The mean age of the football players was 15.87±0.80 years, and their football history was 2.50±0.96 years. The hand and foot reaction performances of the participants were determined by applying the ÇAĞIN Hand and Foot Reaction Tests using the Fitpodz and Fitlight Trainer Reaction Measurements Devices. The athletes were measured at two-week intervals by applying the ÇAĞIN Hand and Foot Reaction Tests twice with the Fitpodz device and once with the Fitlight Trainer device. In this study, descriptive statistics and the Paired Samples T-Test were used to determine the differences between the participants' Fitpodz/Fitpodz and Fitpodz/Fitlight Trainer measurement results. According to the comparison of the measurements of ÇAĞIN Hand and Foot Reaction Tests performed with the Fitpodz and Fitlight Trainer devices, the intraclass correlation coefficients of all tests were determined as r>0.70, and the significance level was determined as p 0.70, and the significance level was determined as p<0.05. According to the research findings, it was observed that both the validity and reliability of the ÇAĞIN Hand and Foot Reaction Tests were very high. In conclusion; it can be said that the ÇAĞIN Hand and Foot Reaction Tests is a applicable reaction test protocol on the Fitpodz device as well as on the Fitlight Trainer and BlazePod devices.

Özet

Bu araştırmanın amacı; Fitpodz Reaksiyon Ölçüm Cihazının ÇAĞIN El ve Ayak Reaksiyon Testleri ile geçerlik ve güvenirliğinin test edilmesidir. Araştırmaya U18 kadın futbol takımında yer alan toplam 54 futbol dahil edildi. Futbolcuların yaş ortalamaları 15.87±0,80 yıl, futbol öz geçmişleri ise 2.50±0,96 yıl olarak tespit edildi. Katılımcıların el ve ayak reaksiyon performansları Fitpodz ve Fitlight Trainer Reaksiyon Ölçüm Cihazları aracılığıyla ÇAĞIN El ve Ayak Reaksiyon Testleri uygulanarak belirlendi. Sporcuların ölçümleri iki kez Fitpodz cihazı ve bir kez Fitlight Trainer cihazı aracılığıyla ÇAĞIN El ve Ayak Reaksiyon Testleri uygulanarak iki haftalık aralıklarla gerçekleştirildi. Bu araştırmada, tanımlayıcı istatistikler ve katılımcıların Fitpodz/Fitpodz ve Fitpodz/Fitligt Trainer ölçüm sonuçları arasındaki farkı belirlemek amacıyla Paired Samples T Testi (Eşleştirilmiş Örneklem T Testi) kullanıldı. ÇAĞIN El ve Ayak Reaksiyon Testlerinin Fitpodz ve Fitlight Trainer cihazları ile gerçekleştirilen ölçümlerin karşılaştırmalarına göre tüm testlerin sınıf içi korelasyon katsayıları r>0.70, anlamlılık düzeyi ise p 0.70, anlamlılık düzeyi ise p<0.05 olarak tespit edildi. Araştırma bulgularına göre ÇAĞIN El ve Ayak Reaksiyon Testlerinin hem geçerlilik hem de güvenirliğinin çok yüksek olduğu gözlemlendi. Sonuç olarak; göre ÇAĞIN El ve Ayak Reaksiyon Testlerinin Fitlight Trainer ve BlazePod cihazlarında olduğu gibi Fitpodz cihazında da uygulanabilir bir rekasiyon test protokolü olduğu söylenebilir.
