Abstract
In this study, various tablet formulations of paracetamol e were prepared using both direct compression an d wet granulation method, and then these formulations were optimized. F or this purpose, moder n disintegrants such as microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycolate an d hydrogeneted castor oil were used as an alternative to potato starch. Özet
Bu çalışmada parasetamolün he m doğrudan basım, he m de yaş granülasyon yöntemi ile değişik tablet formülasyonları hazırlanmış ve bunların optimizasyonu üzerinde çalışılmıştır. Bu amaçla , mikrokristalin sellüloz, sodyum nişasta glikolat ve hidrojene hint yağı gibi modern dağıtıcılar nişastanın yanınd a alternatif olarak kullanılmıştır. Ayrıca bağlayıcı derişkenliğininde yaş granülasyon yönteminde tabletin ve granülelerin fiziko-farmasötik ve fiziko-mekanik özellikleri üzerine etkisi karşılaştırmalı bir şekilde ve istatistiksel olarak incelenmiştir. Dene y sonuçlarına göre, doğruda n basım ile hazırlanan formülün tüm özelliklerinin daha üstün çıkmasına rağmen, yaş yöntem ile hazırlamak ekonomik yönden daha uygun bulunmuştur.
