The obtained results indicate that inflation uncertainty leads to a rise in inflation and the output uncertainty causes a decline in it while the output is not affected by the uncertainties.

Abstract
The aim of this study is to test different arguments on the effects of inflation and output uncertainties on both inflation rate and output (growth) for Turkey by using multivariate GARCH-M models. The obtained results indicate that inflation uncertainty leads to a rise in inflation and the output uncertainty causes a decline in it while the output is not affected by the uncertainties.
