Abstract
Tobacco and tobacco products have an important place for countries economy in respect to production, trade, production and marketing, taxation of state and state economies, socio-cultural structure on the other hand it poses a significant risk in terms of health and countries have serious limitations. The aim of this work is to determine the perceptions of tobacco specialists, who are the sole expertise of the tobacco and tobacco sector with such a focus on the place of development and economic life in the cultural structure. Within the scope of this study a questionnaire, which contains 12 statements about tobacco andprecaution, economics, health, culture and tourism was conducted to 133 tobacco expert and tobacco technologist. Convenience sampling method and relational screening model were used to collect data. T-test was used to compare quantitative continuous data between two independent groups and to compare quantitative continuous data among more than two independent groups one-way ANOVA was used. The Scheffe test was used as a complementary post-hoc analysis to determine the differences after the Anova test. The findings were evaluated at the 95% confidence interval and at the 5% significance level. As a result of this study, tobacco experts have found that the increase of production and consumption of foreign-type cigarettes are not favourable in our country, there is a significant loss in the trade and consumption of the production of tobacco and tobacco products. Also it was found that the activity of tobacco and tobacco products consumed in our country have a serious risk for human and community health. Therefore, serious precautions should be taken about the health problems caused by the production and consumption of tobacco.

Dört asır önce tanınan tütün kadar önem kazanan ve gelir sağlayan başka bir endüstriyel bitki yoktur. Tütün ve tütün mamulleri, üretimi, ticareti, imalatı ve pazarlaması, vergilendirilmesiyle ülke ve devlet ekonomileri, sosyo-kültürel yapıda önemli bir yere sahipken; diğer taraftan sağlık yönüyle de önemli bir risk oluşturmakta ülkelerce ciddi anlamda sınırlamalara tabi tutulmaktadır. Böylesine öneme sahip tütün ve tütüncülük sektörünün gelişimi ve iktisadi yaşam, kültürel yapı içindeki yerine ilişkin tütünde tek uzmanlık kolu olan tütün mütehassıslarının algılarının belirlenmesi bu çalışmanın amacını oluşturmaktadır.Araştırmada bu amaca yönelik olarak demografik nitelikteki sorular ile; tütüncülük ve önemi, iktisat, sağlık, kültür ve turizm faktörlerin ve toplam 12 maddeden oluşan bir anket uygulaması yapılmıştır. Ankete 133 tütün eksperi ve tütün teknoloji mühendisi katılmıştır. Ankete katılanlar kolayda örneklem yöntemine göre belirlenmiştir. Araştırma tarama modeline dayanmaktadır.İki bağımsız grup arasında niceliksel sürekli verilerin karşılaştırılmasında t-testi, ikiden fazla bağımsız grup arasında niceliksel sürekli verilerin karşılaştırılmasında Tek yönlü (One way) Anova testi kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular %95 güven aralığında, %5 anlamlılık düzeyinde değerlendirilmiştir.Araştırmada tütün eksperleri harmanlanmış yabancı tip sigara üretim ve tüketiminin ülkemizdeki artışını olumlu bulmadıkları, tütün ve tütün mamullerinin üretimi ticari ve tüketilmesinde önemli ekonomik kayıp yaşandığını, sağlık açısından ülkemizde tüketilen tütün ve tütün mamullerinin faaliyetinin insan ve toplum sağlığı açısından ciddi risk oluşturduğunu, tütünün üretim ve tüketiminin yol açtığı, sağlık sorunları konusunda ciddi tedbirler alınması gerektiğini ifade etmişlerdir.
