Özet
Divanü Lügati’t-Türk, her alanda olduğu gibi, Türk topluluklarının on birinci yüzyıldaki yiyecek içecek kültürleri açısından da önemli bilgiler içermektedir. Yapıtta, yiyecek ve içeceklerin adlarının verilmesi yanında kimi zaman yiyecek ve içeceklerin yapılışına dair bilgilere rastlamak da mümkündür. Bu çalışmada, kültür öğelerinin sürekliliğinin göstergesi olarak on birinci yüzyıl Türkçesinin sözvarlığını büyük ölçüde yansıtan Divanü Lügati’t-Türk’teki yiyecek içecek adları ile bu adların Türkiye Türkçesi ölçünlü dili ve ağızlarındaki durumları sorgulanmaktadır. Geçen yaklaşık bin yıllık süre içinde yiyecek içecek adlarının günümüze ulaşıp ulaşmadıkları, ulaşma ya da ulaşmama nedenleri irdelenerek on birinci yüzyılın ve günümüz Türkiye Türkçesi ölçünlü dili ve ağızlarının sözvarlığı arasındaki ortaklıklar yiyecek içecek adları açısından değerlendirilecektir.
