Özet
Bu makalede özellikle son zamanlarda literatürde dikkatleri üzerine çeken ve farklı kültürlere adapte olabilme ve farklı kültürel ortamlarda etkin ve verimli bir şekilde etkileşim ve çalışabilme becerisine işaret eden ‘Kültürel Zekâ’ konusu ele alınmaktadır. Bu konunun gerek teorik ve gerekse uygulama bağlamında literatürdeki yeri ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır. Bunu gerçekleştirebilmek için öncelikle kültür konusu, zekâ teorileri, kültür ve zekâ arasındaki ilişki ve kültürel zekâ ve diğer zekâ türleri arasındaki ilişkiler açıklanmaktadır. Çalışmada daha sonra, kültürel zekânın özellikleri, kültürel zekânın farklı boyutları, kültürel zekânın elde edilmesi ve geliştirilmesi ve uygulamada bu konuda neler yapılmakta olduğu gibi çeşitli konularda bilgiler sunulmaya, yorumlanmaya ve uygulamaya dönük önerilerde bulunulmaya çalışılmaktadır.
