Abstract

Purpose: To compare the retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) thickness measurements obtained with scanning laser polarimetry (SLP) and topographic parameters of the optic nerve head (ONH) of ocular hypertension (OHT) patients with the healthy subjects and evaluate their relationship with central corneal thickness (CCT) measurements. Method: 37 OHT patients and 30 control subjects were included in the study. After a detailed ophthalmologic examination, achromatic perimetry, SLP (NFA GDx), confoeal scanning laser topography (TopSS) and ultrasonic pachymetry were performed and the results were compared. The relation between CCT measurements and GDx and TopSS parameters were examined using Pearson test and a p value
