Amaç: Çalışmamız keratokonuslu olgularda Klas I ve Klas II HLA antijenlerinin dağılımı-nı tespit etmek ve hastalıkla bağlantılı bir lokus olup olmadığını araştırmak amacıyla planlandı. Gereç ve Yöntem: Atatürk Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Göz Hastalıkları Anabilim Dalında takip edilen 19 keratokonus olgusu ile 179 kontrol grubunu oluşturan kişilerin hepsine Komple-man bağımlı Mikrolenfbtoksisite yöntemiyle HLA Klas I (A;B;C) ve Klas II (DR) antijen tiplendirmesi yapıldı. Elde edilen sonuçlar Fisher'in exact (Ki Kare) testiyle analiz edildi.
