Corneal rupture may occur in these eyes either spontaneously or following a minor trauma. In this report. we evaluated peroperative and postoperative difficulties and approach to a case in which corneal rupture developed. two months apart. caused by minor trauma due to corneal tissue weakness in both eyes.
