Abstract
The purpose of this research is to emphasize the importance of the Qur’an, which is the most well-established and literary text among many materials and full of constant information, in the context of value education. In this study, the method of document review included in qualitative research methodology was used. When analyzing the document, “Qur’an’s Index and Meanings” given by “Directorate of Religious Affairs” was taken as the basis. According to this, the values emphasized in the Qur’an are classified and analyzed in the context of value education. Values are taken as a total of 12 as benevolence, justice, tolerance, trust, love, respect, righteousness, responsibility, conscience, honor-dignity, work-progress and patience. The obtained findings suggest that the universally qualified values are emphasized more in the Qur’an. As a result, a new classification of values, in which the Qur’an is referenced, has been given in the study by including different value classifications. Bu araştırmanın amacı, çok sayıda materyal arasından en köklü ve yazınsal metin olan ve değişmez bilgilerle dolu Kur’an-ı Kerim’in değer eğitimi bağlamında önemine vurgu yapmaktır. Bu araştırmada, nitel araştırma metodolojisi içerisinde yer alan doküman inceleme yönteminden yararlanılmıştır. Doküman analizi yapılırken Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı’nın “Kur’an-ı Kerim Fihristi ve Meali” esas alınmıştır. Buna göre Kur’an-ı Kerim’de vurgulanan değerler tasnif edilmiş ve değerler eğitimi bağlamında analizi yapılmıştır. Değerler; yardımseverlik, adalet, hoşgörü, güven, sevgi, saygı, doğruluk, sorumluluk, vicdan, onur- şeref, çalışma- başarı ve sabır olarak toplamda 12 değer olarak ele alınmıştır. Elde edilen bulgulardan yola çıkarak; Kur’an-ı Kerim’de evrensel nitelikli değerlere daha çok vurgu yapıldığı görülmüştür. Sonuç olarak çalışmada farklı değer sınıflandırmalarına da yer verilerek, Kur’an-ı Kerim’in referans alındığı yeni bir değer sınıflandırılması yapılmıştır. İnsanlar farklı kültür ve toplumlarda din, dil, ırk ayrımı gözetip farklı değerler benimsese de Kur’an-ı Kerim evrensel değerler bağlamında, sadece Müslümanlara değil tüm insanlığa yol gösteren ve rehberlik eden ilahi bir kitaptır.
