Abstract

Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is an increasing frequent disease entity in city life. Although its treatment is not surgical, IBS needs to be well understood by surgeons and gastroenterologists for differential diagnosis. In this article, we aimed to discuss IBS, especially its clinical features.
