Abstract

The analysis of competitiveness conditions and determining strategies are crucially important for hospitals‟ sustainable market share. The main aim of this study to analyis competitiveness of Ankara health s ector, and determine meso level strategies for sector‟s competitiveness positon. Accordingly, the unit of analysis is some hospitals in Ankara City which are examined. The Five Force Model is used for research analysis

Özet

Hastane işletmelerinin, faaliyette bulundukları ve/veya bulunmayı planladıkları yerlerdeki rekabet şartlarının analiz edilmesi, bu analiz sonucuna göre stratejilerinin belirlenmesi, hastane işletmelerinin mevcut pazar payını koruması ve bu pazar payını arttırabilmesi için çok önemlidir. Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, Ankara İli sağlık hizmetleri sektörünün rekabetçilik analizini araştırmak ve sektörün daha rekabetçi pozisyon alabilmesi için mezo düzeyde stratejileri belirlemektir. Bu bağlamda Ankara İli‟nde faaliyet gösteren hastaneler incelenmiş ve analize tabi tutulmuştur. Analiz aracı olarak Beş Güç Modeli kullanılmıştır.
