Abstract

Intrapulmonary sclerosing hemangioma is an uncommon tumor of the lung. 31years old male patient whose chest computed tomography identified a solitarypulmonary nodule in the right lung was admitted to Department of Thoracic Surgery, Akay Hospital, Ankara in February 2010. Right posterolateral muscle sparingthoracotomy with wedge resection of the nodule was performed. After frozensection examination sclerosing hemangioma was determinated and operationterminated. Diagnosis supported by immunohistochemical examination. Fifteenmonths after surgery, he was found to be healthy without any sign of recurrence.

Özet

İntrapulmoner sklerozan hemanjiyom akciğerin oldukça nadir görülen tümörüdür.Otuzbir yaşında erkek hasta, toraks bilgisayarlı tomografisinde sağ akciğerde tespit edilen soliter pulmoner nodül nedeni ile 2010 Şubat ayında Ankara Akay Hastanesi Göğüs Cerrahisi Kliniğine başvurdu. Sağ posterolateral kas koruyucu torakotomi ile nodüle kama rezeksiyon yapıldı. İntraoperatif frozen inceleme sonucu sklerozan hemanjiyom olarak bildirilmesi üzerine işlem sonlandırıldı. Tanı immünhistokimyasal inceleme ile desteklendi. Postoperatif 15. ayında hasta sorunsuz izlenmektedir.
