In This report we present retrospective analysis of 290 patients who were operated due to larynx cancer at Haydarpaşa Numune Training and Research Hospital ENT Clinic between December 1982 and July 2003. Location of tumours were 43% supraglottic (n=127), 11% glottic (n=31), 44% transgiottic, and 1% subglottic (n=2). We perfomed total laryngectomy for 185 patients, supraglottic laryngectomy for 77 patients, supracricoid leryngectomy for 12 patients and vertical laryngectomy for 16 patients. We also performed 321 neck dissections for 256 cases. Bu çalışma Aralık 1982-temmuz 2003 tarih leri arasında Haydarpaşa Numune Hastanesi KBB kliniğinde larenks kanseri nedeniyle öpere edilen 290 hastanın retrospektif analizini içermektedir. Olguların lezyon yerleşimi 127( %43) supraglottik, 31 (%11) glottik, 130 (%44) transglottik ve 2 (%1) subglottik şeklindeydi. Yapılan operasyonlar 185 total larengektomi, 77 supraglottik larengektomi, 12 suprakrikoid larengektomi ve 16 vertikal parsiyel larengektomi uygulandı. 256 olguya 321 boyun diseksiyonu uygulandı. Bunların 6'sında simültane bilateral, 12'sine ardışık (1 -2 ay ara ile) boyun diseksiyonu uygulandı. Bunların 288'i radikal, 33'ü fonksiyonel boyun diseksiyonu şeklindeydi.
