Özet

Avrupa Birliğine (AB) aday ve üye ülkelerde devam etmekteolan Avrupalılaşma süreci ulusal alandaki işadamları örgütlerinindönüşümüne temelde üç mekanizma ile katkı sağlamaktadır: AB fonları, AB müktesebatına uyum ve sosyal öğrenmesüreçleri. Türkiyenin 1995 yılında Gümrük Birliği Antlaşmasınıimzalamasından ötürü işadamları örgütleri Avrupalılaşmasürecinden adaylık statüsü kazanılmadan önce etkilenmeyebaşlamıştır. Bu çalışmada liberal (Türk Sanayicileri ve İşadamlarıDerneği-TÜSİAD ve İktisadi Kalkınma Vakfı-İKV), muhafazakar(Müstakil İşadamları Derneği-MÜSİAD, Anadolu Aslanlarıİşadamları Derneği-ASKON ve Türkiye İşadamları ve SanayicilerKonfederasyonu-TUSKON) ve yarı-kamusal (Türkiye Odalar veBorsalar Birliği-TOBB) nitelikteki işadamları örgütlerinin GümrükBirliği Antlaşması, Türkiyenin aday ülke statüsü ve Ekonomik veSosyal Konseye bakış açılarının Avrupalılaşma sürecinin etkisiylenasıl şekillendiği tartışılmaktadır.
