Abstract

Congenital epiglottis anomalies like hypoplasia or aplasia are very rare conditions. These conditions usually accompany multiple congenital anomalies. We present an 18 years old patient who has epiglottis hypoplasia, illustrated with a bronchoscopic photograph and chest X- rays of recurrent lower airway infections during his life and review the literature.
