Abstract
This study is done in order to determine the effect of the apply chemotherapy have on the satisfaction level of the patients who receive treatment from these nurses. Bu araştırma, kemoterapi hastalarında hemşirelik bakımı memnuniyetini ölçmek amacıyla tanımlayıcı olarak yapılmıştır. Çalışma Atatürk Üniversitesi Süleyman Demirel Tıp Merkezi Yakutiye Araştırma Hastanesi kemoterapi kür polikliniği, medikal onkoloji ve hematoloji kliniğinde kemoterapi alan hastalara uygulanmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini ve örneklemini belirtilen kliniklerde 15.09.2007-25.12.2007 tarihleri arasında kemoterapi alan 110 hasta oluşturmuştur. Evrenin tümü örneklem grubu olarak alındığı için herhangi bir örnekleme yöntemine gidilmemiştir. Verilerin toplanmasında hasta tanıtıcı soru formu ve kemoterapi hastalarında hemşirelik bakımı memnuniyet ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Hastaların sosyo-demografik özelliklerine göre memnuniyet puan ortalamaları karşılaştırıldığında cinsiyet, yaş, eğitim durumu, medeni durum ve hastalık tanıları ile istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulunmuştur (p0.05). Verilerin istatistiksel değerlendirilmesinde SPSS 11.0 programı, yüzdelik, t testi, Kruskal-Wallis ve Mann-Whitney U testi kullanılmıştır. Sonuç olarak; hastaların cinsiyetleri, yaşları, eğitim durumları, medeni durumları ve hastalık tanıları hemşirelik bakımından memnuniyetlerini etkilediği sonucu saptanmıştır (p
