Abstract

Degos' Syndrome is a rare systemic disorder characterized by typical skin lesions. We report two cases, in which lymphocyte-mediated vasculitis throughout the dermis with necrosis of the vessel wall was the most consistent microscopic feature and any systemic manifestation could not been detected during the follow-up. The clinicopathologic findings showed that, Degos' Syndrome might occur without systemic manifestations and survival for a longer period may be possible for the cases, in which the only presentation is skin involvement.
