Abstract

LBWC is a very rare anomalous associated with severe abdominal wall defect. It’s diagnosis can be made easily with ultrasonographic evaluation in early pregnancy. In this article we presented a case of male fetus at gestational age 17 week having large thoraco-abdominoshisis, ectopia cordis, scoliosis and bilaterally pes equinovarus. Because of fetal intestines, liver and heart was in the amniotic fluid LBWC diagnosis was made. These cases has no life expectancy, so early diagnosis and abortion is important for maternal health.

Özet

Limb Body Wall Complex (LBWC) oldukça nadir görülen, ciddi karın ön duvarı defekti içeren bir anomali grubudur. Ultrason ile gebeliğin erken döneminde tanısı kolaylıkla konulabilmektedir. Bu yazıda karın ön duvarında geniş torako abdominoşizis, ektopia kordis, skolyoz, bilateral pes equinovarus tespit edilen 17 haftalık erkek fetus olgusu sunulmaktadır. Fetal barsaklar, karaciğer ve kalp amniyon sıvısı içinde izlenmiş ve LBWC tanısı konulmuştur. Bu olgular yaşamla bağdaşmadığından, gebeliğin erken döneminde tanı konulması ve gebeliğin sonlandırılması, anne sağlığı açısından önemlidir.
