Abstract

Infantile vitamin B12 deficiency is one of the treatable causes of neurodevelopmental delay and disorders. It mostly affects exclusively prolonged breastfed infants born to vitamin B12 deficient mothers. This vitamin defiency is common in our country. Delayed diagnosis and treatment may lead to permanent neurological outcomes. Herein, we reported an interesting case of a 12-month-old patient who was admitted to our clinic with vomiting, dysphagia, hypo- tonia and tremor
