In literature it is stated all factors affecting job satisfaction should be needed to examine. Individual and organizational factors affecting job satisfaction have been emphasized, but it is seen there are limited studies that examine the effect of employees’ cultural values on job satisfaction which might be evaluated in individual factors. For this reason in this study it is aimed to determine effect of employees’ cultural values on job satisfaction. A quantitative research was designed depending on research aim and data was gathered from 207 employees through questionnaires. According to multiple regression analysis findings while power distance β: 0.23 and collectivism β: 0.33 positively affected job satisfaction, individualism β: -0.18 affected negatively. This finding show that out of organizational factors, cultural factors hold by individuals are also essential factor affecting job satisfaction

Özet

Yazında iş doyumunu etkileyen her faktörün incelenmesi gerekliliği ifade edilmektedir.
