Bu çalışmada, Erkan ÖZDEMİR tarafından 2024 yılında kaleme alınmış olan “Türkiye’de Üniversite Kütüphane Binaları için Mimari Program Rehberi” isimli kitabın incelenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Kitap, “Giriş”, “Üniversite Kütüphane Binaları ve Mimari Tasarım Örnekleri”, “Üniversite Kütüphane Binalarında Planlama ve Tasarım”, “Yeni Nesil Üniversite Kütüphaneleri için Mimari Program Rehberinin Oluşturulması” ve “Sonuç ve Öneriler” bölümleri olmak üzere beş ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. Kitapta ana bölümlere geçilmeden önce “Özet”, “Ön Söz”, “Şekiller Listesi”, “Resimler Listesi”, “Tablolar Listesi”, “Kısaltmalar Listesi” ve “Kaynakça” bölümlerine de yer verilmiştir.
