Abstract
Soft skills play an important role in literature courses by contributing to the development of universal communicative and organizational learning skills. They can also help students use virtual tours effectively, acquire digital literacy, improve their ability to process information in various ways, and develop critical thinking, which is one of the core competencies of the twenty-first century. In this context, this article discusses the design of virtual, interactive, and cross-platform tours aimed at developing students’ soft skills in literature courses, as well as the conditions necessary for their effective use in teaching. The development of a broad range of student competencies depends on appropriate teaching strategies and didactic methods, including the use of virtual, interactive, and cross-platform tours designed primarily to foster soft skills. The procedural component of the proposed pedagogical model outlines a gradual and dynamic process for developing students’ competencies in literature classes, increasing their interest in reading, and designing contemporary literary analysis tasks. This process includes examining current practices in the teaching of literary works; developing students’ soft skills through the integration of analytical and didactic technologies intended to improve universal learning activities and information-processing skills; teaching methods for analyzing literary works; and enhancing students’ learning abilities. The virtual tour model developed for literature lessons is fundamentally based on the concept of soft skills. Accordingly, this study examines the rationale for integrating this concept into the educational process.

Esnek beceriler (soft skills); edebiyat derslerinde iletişim ve düzenleyici evrensel öğrenme eylemlerini geliştirmeye, sanal turlar kullanarak çalışabilmeye, bilişim okuryazarlığı yeteneği kazandırmaya, bilgiyle farklı şekillerde çalışabilme gücünü artırmaya ve ХХІ. yüzyıl becerilerinin temelini oluşturan eleştirel düşünme kabiliyetini desteklemeye yönelik önemli bir araç olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Bu bağlamda makalede, öğrencilerin edebiyat derslerinde esnek becerileri (soft skills) geliştirmeleri amacıyla sanal ve interaktif çapraz platform turlarının oluşturulması ve bunların ders öğretiminde kullanılma koşulları ele alınmaktadır. Öğrencilerde yetkinliğin geniş bir yelpazesi, her şeyden önce esnek becerileri geliştirmeyi amaçlayarak öğretim stratejilerine, didaktik yöntemlere, sanal ve etkileşimli çapraz platform turlarının oluşturulmasına dayanmaktadır. Önerdiğimiz pedagojik modelin süreçsel bloğu; edebiyat derslerinde öğrencilerin yetkinlik becerilerini geliştirme, kitap okuma ilgisini artırma, edebî analiz görevlerinin modern örneğini oluşturma adımlarının sırasını aşamalı ve dinamik bir süreç olarak ifade etmektedir. Söz konusu adımlar; edebiyat derslerinde edebî eserleri öğretmenin çağdaş uygulamalarını inceleme; evrensel öğrenme faaliyetlerini, esnek becerileri, bilgi ile çalışma becerilerini geliştirmeye yönelik analiz ve didaktik teknolojilerin entegrasyonu temelinde öğrencilerin esnek becerilerini geliştirme, edebî eserleri analiz etme yöntemlerini öğrenme ve öğrenme becerilerini geliştirme gibi aşamaları kapsamaktadır. Geliştirilen edebiyat derslerinde sanal turlar oluşturma modelindeki temel kavram, “esnek beceriler” (soft skills) kavramıdır ve çalışmada bunun eğitim sürecinde uygulanmasının gerekçesi ele alınmaktadır.
