Abstract

Tourism is one of the most important sectors in the world. In this context, tourism plays a significant role in increasing countries' revenues and achieving development. The aim of this study is to test the convergence hypothesis of tourism revenues for MINT (Mexico, Indonesia, Nigeria, and Turkey) countries, which are of great importance globally. The study analyzes annual data from 1995 to 2020. The panel unit root test conducted in this research concludes that the convergence hypothesis is not valid for tourism revenues in MINT countries.
