Abstract
It is made Classification of Statistical Region Units in countrywide with the decision of Council of Ministers in 2002 in order to Turkey's regional development policies to be compatible with the European Union's regional development policies. When classification is made, in 12 region as Level-1, 26 region as Level-2 and 81 region in level-3 determined. TR90; it is a Level-2 region covering Trabzon, Ordu, Giresun, Rize, Artvin ve Gümüşhane. In this study, firstly the economic view of the TR90 region was revealed. Then, foreign trade structure of the region were analyzed. Özet
Türkiye’nin bölgesel kalkınma politikalarının Avrupa Birliği bölgesel kalkınma politikaları ile uyumlu olabilmesi için 2002 yılında Bakanlar Kurulu kararı ile ülke çapında İstatistiki Bölge Birimleri Sınıflandırması yapılmıştır. Sınıflandırma yapılırken, Düzey-1 olarak 12 bölge, Düzey-2 olarak 26 bölge ve Düzey-3 olarak da 81 bölge belirlenmiştir. TR90; Trabzon, Ordu, Giresun, Rize, Artvin ve Gümüşhane illerini kapsayan bir Düzey-2 bölgesidir. Bu çalışmada, ilk olarak TR90 bölgesinin ekonomik görünümü ortaya konulmuştur. Daha sonra, bölgenin dış ticaret yapısı analiz edilmiştir. Bu kapsamda, çalışmada 2009-2016 dönemi verileri kullanılarak bölgenin ticaret hacmi, dış ticaretin sektörel bileşimi ve ticaret yaptığı ülkeler hakkında bilgi verilmiştir
