This study analyzes the strategic functionality of bonded warehouses in international logistics from theoretical and empirical perspectives, examining their role in the trade of Bursa, Turkey's fourth-largest industrial city. The research employs quantitative data compiled from official sources including the Turkish Ministry of Trade, TurkStat, BTSO, TÜRKLİM, and the World Bank. The study reveals that Turkey's warehouse infrastructure grew by 22.8% from 1,159 to 1,423 facilities during 2017-2025. Findings specific to Bursa indicate that 54.2% of the 83 warehouses in the Uludağ Region are C-type private warehouses. Bu çalışma, uluslararası lojistikte antrepoların stratejik işlevselliğini teorik ve ampirik düzlemde ele alarak Türkiye'nin dördüncü büyük sanayi kenti Bursa'nın ticaretindeki konumunu çok boyutlu bir perspektiften analiz etmektedir. Araştırma, T.C. Ticaret Bakanlığı, TÜİK, BTSO, TÜRKLİM ve Dünya Bankası gibi resmi kaynaklardan derlenen nicel verilere dayanmaktadır. Çalışmada Türkiye'nin 2017-2025 döneminde antrepo altyapısının %22,8 oranında büyüyerek 1.159'dan 1.423'e ulaştığı tespit edilmiştir. Bursa özelinde, Uludağ Bölgesi'ndeki 83 antreponun %54,2'sinin C tipi özel antrepolardan oluştuğu ortaya konmaktadır. Sonuç olarak çalışma, Bursa'nın küresel tedarik zincirlerindeki konumunu güçlendirmesinin antrepo altyapısının teknolojik modernizasyonu ve sürdürülebilirlik ilkelerinin hayata geçirilmesine bağlı olduğunu göstermektedir.
