Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı Yükseköğretimde Fransızca hazırlık programında öğrenim gören öğrencilerin Fransızca okuduğunu anlamada kullandıkları okuma stratejilerine ilişkin görüşlerini belirlemektir. Araştırmada nitel yöntem benimsenmiştir. Araştırmanın katılımcılarını 2008-2009 öğretim yılında Eskişehir Osmangazi Üniversitesi Yabancı diller Bölümünde Fransızca hazırlık programında öğrenim görmüş 15 öğrenci oluşturmuştur. Araştırma verileri betimsel analiz tekniği kullanılarak çözümlenmiştir. Araştırmanın sonucunda, genel olarak öğrencilerin çözümleyici okuma stratejilerini bilinçli biçimde kullandıkları, bütünleştirici okuma stratejilerini fazla kullanmadıkları, kullandıkları stratejileri daha çok sınav durumunda değiştirdikleri bulunmuştur.
