DETERMINATION OF GASTRONOMY TOURISM POTENTIAL OF AĞLASUN DISTRICT INTEGRATION OF CULTURE AND RURAL TOURISM

Ağlasun İlçesinin Gastronomi Turizmi Potansiyelinin Belirlenmesi, Kültür ve Kırsal Turizme Entegrasyonu

Abstract

The aim of this research is to reveal the gastronomic tourism potential of Ağlasun, which is rich in rural and cultural tourism, from the point of view of local people. Content analysis method was used for data analysis. In the evaluations, the descriptive analysis technique was used and the most prominent quotations were given to the participants' discourse. As a result of the research, it is concluded that there are many gastronomic products of the region and when these products are presented to tourists in a region specific to the region, it can be an important tourism attraction when integration into rural and cultural tourism is achieved.

Özet

Bu araştırmanın amacı kırsal ve kültür turizmi açısından zengin olan Ağlasun ilçesinin gastronomi turizmi potansiyelini yerel halkın bakış açısıyla ortaya çıkarmaktır. Araştırma verilerinin toplanmasında nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden yarı yapılandırılmış derinlemesine görüşme tekniği kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde de içerik analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Betimsel analiz tekniği kullanılarak katılımcıların söylemlerine yönelik en belirgin alıntılara yer verilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda yörenin gastronomik ürün potansiyelinin yüksek olduğu ve bu ürünlerin yöresel sunumlarının kırsal ve kültür turizmine uyumunun önemli bir turizm çekiçiliği olabileceği sonucu elde edilmiştir.
