This study aims to analyze the hitchhiking experiences of Pippa Bacca and Silvia Moro during Brides on Tour project. The murder of Pippa Bacca once again made visible the horror that is familiar to women. Hitchhiking is not exempt from this familiar knowledge. While the hitchhiking literature is limited, especially in Turkey, the studies often lack a critical gender perspective. This study analyzes four documentaries (La Spose, I'm In Love with Pippa Bacca, My Letter to Pippa and Only Kindness Matters) through a critical discourse analysis based on a feminist critique of the literature. The ethics of being-together during the hitchhiking experience, points to the possibility of different attachment forms that are not based on sameness. This ethical field is closely related to the social norms that condition our encounters and how we relate to these norms, as it is a stage through which we can learn the social conditions under which the subjects of the hitchhiking exist. The problematic of the study is how and under which ethical conditions we can be-together during the hitchhiking experience which is a gendered encounter, and the ethics of these encounters is discussed based on Butler's ethics of non-violent. Bu çalışma, Pippa Bacca ve Silvia Moro’nun Barış Gelinleri projesindeki otostop deneyimlerini incelemeyi amaçlar. Pippa Bacca’nın öldürülmesi kadınların aşina oldukları ve gündelik yaşamlarını biçimlendiren bir dehşeti bir kez daha görünür kılmıştır. Otostop deneyimi de bu tanıdık bilmeden azade değildir. Otostop literatürü özellikle Türkiye’de oldukça kısıtlı olmakla birlikte, bu alanda eleştirel cinsiyet perspektifinden yapılmış çalışma sayısı da oldukça azdır. Dolayısıyla çalışmada, literatürün feminist eleştirisinden hareketle La Spose, I’m In Love with Pippa Bacca, Pippa’ya Mektubum ve Only Kindness Matters isimli dört belgesel eleştirel söylem analiziyle incelenmiştir. Otostop deneyimindeki bir-aradalık halleri birbirini seven ya da aynı dünya görüşüne sahip insanlar arasında geçmez. Aksine bu deneyimde aynılıktan yola çıkmayan bağlanma biçimlerinin imkânına işaret eden bir etik alan söz konusudur.
