Abstract

This work highlighted the dysfunctions of the Algerian territory and the alarming imbalance characterizing the spatial distribution of activities and population. Our contribution presented and analyzed the new Algerian regional planning and spatial rebalancing policy, and more specifically in its Hauts Plateaux-Sud (O.HP-Sud) option and its impact in terms of Sustainable Development.This work highlighted the dysfunctions of the Algerian territory and the alarming imbalance characterizing the spatial distribution of activities and population. Bu çalışma Cezayir topraklarındaki işlev bozukluklarını ve faaliyetlerin ve nüfusun mekânsal dağılımını karakterize eden endişe verici dengesizliği vurgulamaktadır. Katkımız yeni Cezayir bölgesel planlama ve mekansal yeniden dengeleme politikasını ve daha özel olarak Hauts Plateaux-Sud (O.HP-Sud) seçeneğini ve Sürdürülebilir Kalkınma açısından etkisini sunarak analiz etmektedir.Bu çalışma Cezayir topraklarındaki işlev bozukluklarını ve faaliyetlerin ve nüfusun mekânsal dağılımını karakterize eden endişe verici dengesizliği vurgulamaktadır.
