Abstract

The 12 and 28 item versions of the General Health Questionnaire (GHQ) were validated using Present State Examination (PSE) in 86 primary care patients in Turkey. The two versions were combined to form a 34-item version. The internal consistency figures were 0.78 for GHQ12 and 0.84 for GHQ28. The sensitivity and specificity figures were 0.74 and 0.84 for GHQ12 and 0.74 and 0.70 for GHQ28 respectively.

Özet

Genel Sağlık Anketinin (GSA) 12 ve 28 soruluk biçimlerinin geçerliliği Ankara Gölbaşı sağlık ocağına başvuran 86 hastada Şimdiki Durum Muayenesi kullanılarak araştırılmıştır. GSA12 ve GSA28 birleştirilerek 34 maddelik biçim elde edilmiştir. GSA12’nin iç tutarlılığı 0.78, GSA28’in 0.84 bulunmuştur. GSA12’in duyarlılığı 0.74, özgüllüğü 0.84; GSA28’in duyarlılığı 0.74, özgüllüğü 0.70 bulunmuştur.
