Abstract

Armenia, which is situated in the very middle of South Caucasia,is a country who have serious historical and political problems with herneighbours, instead of Iran. This little Caucasian country which interioriseda political understanding that refers to nationalism is known as the mostsignificant ally of Russia in the South Caucasus Region. Armenia becomesaddicted to the assistance of Russia and the “diaspora” , because of theongoing historical and soil-based problems with Turkey and Azerbaijan.Today Armenia is adopting an irredantist foreign policy against Turkey andAzerbaijan. This foreign policy understanding reflects Armenia to be isolatedfrom the energy and transportation based projects which are related withthe South Caucasus. Armenia needs to be estranged from the distortionoriented foreign policy creations and should interiorise democracy in allterms for avoding the Russian dependency and regional isolation
