Abstract

Simulation training that enables the use of innovative methods including Health Services in education and the development of new methods and conducting activities based on qualification, can help provide successful services in hospitals and other private institutions through the workforce of qualified, technological and well-equipped health personnel, the hospital. Health personnel on the field in working life face with the patient directly and it is the most important link in the health chain that provides accurate and effective service to the patient. In this context, simulation education proceeds with case solution, improves communication and decision making skills under changing conditions, it is cognitively comprehended thanks to the speed and correct approaches to work together, and theoretical information is analyzed in the debriefing section at the end of the scenario. It is thought that it will form the basis of a quality, professional healthcare system equipped with health education, as the trainer is a student-centered, interactive and active participant in the training process, where he/she is an observer and guide. The simulation training is now embedded in a number of healthcare vocational training and it appears that simulation-based assessments can be used effectively.
