Abstract
It is important to pay attention to the problems of hearing impaired individuals face with in their work environments and current requirements of these environments. In order to reflect solutions back to their vocational education programs and to revise them it is necessary to investigate problems of the graduates of Anadolu University, School for the Handicapped (SfH). Therefore, providing productive and supportive communication settings where graduates may come together and exchange information are gaining importance. Recently, we observe that technology and social networking services have been used intensively for education and communication purposes. Özet
İşitme engelli bireylerin çalışma ortamlarında karşılaştıkları problemleri ve değişen iş ortamlarının gereklerini dikkate almak önemlidir. Ülkemizdeki işitme engellilere mesleki eğitim veren tek yükseköğretim kurumu olan Anadolu Üniversitesi Engeliler Entegre Yüksekokulu (EEYO) mezunlarının iş ortamlarındaki sorunlarının araştırılmasına ve sorunların çözümüne yönelik çalışmaların mesleki eğitim programlarına yansıtılmasına ihtiyaç vardır. Bu bağlamda, mezunların bir araya getirilebileceği ve bilgi alışverişini destekleyici ve verimli iletişim ortamlarının sağlanması önem kazanmaktadır. Eğitim ve iletişimde; teknolojinin ve sosyal paylaşım ağlarının yoğun olarak kullanıldığını görmekteyiz. Mezunlara ulaşmak ve bilgi alışveriş ortamlarını yaratmak amacıyla sosyal paylaşım ağlarının kullanımının hızlı, etkileşimli ve ekonomik bir süreç olduğu söylenebilir. Bu eylem araştırmasının amacı; EEYO mezunları iletişim ortamının, sosyal paylaşım ağlarından Facebook kullanılarak kurulması sürecinin, bu sürecin mezunlarla iletişime katkısının ve istihdam ortamlarıyla ilgili Facebook iletişim ortamında uygulanan anket sonuçlarının tartışılmasıdır
