Abstract
Malposition of great arteries is a rare congenital car¬diac anomalies. In all of the cases reported in litera¬ture it has been reported to be with an another cardiac anomaly. There is usually a large ventricular septal defect. In this study, we reported a malpositi¬on of great arteries which is associated with ventricu¬lar septal defect and coronary artery anomaly.
Özet
Büyük arterlerin ma/pozisyonu oldukça nadir görülen bir konjenital kardiak anomalidir. Literatürde bildirilen vakalarının tümünde diğer kardiak anomalilerle birlik¬te bulunduğu bildirilmektedir. Genellikle büyük ventri¬küler septal defekt vardır. Bu çalışmada, ventriküler septal defekt ve koroner arter anomalisi ile birlikte olan büyük arter malpozisyonlu vakamızı takdim ettik.
