Abstract

Pulmonary involvement is common in systemic sclerosis (SSc) and is the most common cause of SSc-related deaths. In particular, the development of pulmonary hypertension (PH) significantly shortens the life span of SSc patients and is fatal if left untreated. Diagnosing PH early and accurately and starting early treatment significantly affects the prognosis of the disease positively. In this article, up-to-date information on SSc associated PH has been reviewed
