Abstract

Macular translocation with 360$circ$ retinotomy was performed in three cases with subfoveal choroidal neovascular membrane. The visual acuity remained unchanged in one of them, while in the other cases an increase has been observed at the postoperative period. In the first case, proliferate vitreoretinopathy was developed two months postoperatively and membrane peeling with pars plana vitrectomy was performed. We did not have any complications in two cases.

Özet

Bu çalışmada, subfoveal koroidal neovasküler membran tanısı alan üç olguya 360$circ$ retinotomi ile birlikte makula translokasyonu yapıldı. Birinci olgunun görme keskinliği postoperatif dönemde değişmeden kalırken, diğer iki olgunun görme keskinliklerinde artış saptandı. Birinci olguda postoperatif ikinci ayda proliferatif vitreoretinopati gelişmesi nedeniyle, pars plana vitrektomi ile subretinal membran çıkarıldı. Diğer iki olguda ise komplikasyon izlenmedi.
