Abstract

In this study, it was investigated how teachers perceived and evaluated the comprehensive / developmental guidance and psychological counseling program. The data were collected, through a questionnaire administered to 112 teachers working at 3 curriculum laboratory schools in Balikesir, during the year of 2001-2002. The response given to each question were analyzed as frequencies and percentages. It was identified that teachers found comprehensive / developmental guidance and psychological program effective and useful as a result of data.

Özet

Bu araştırmada, öğretmenlerin kapsamlı / gelişimsel rehberlik ve psikolojik danışma programlarını nasıl algıladıkları ve değerlendirdikleri incelenmiştir. Araştırma verisi, 2001-2002 eğitim-öğretim yılı Balıkesir ilinde 3 müfredat laboratuar okulunda çalışan 112 öğretmene uygulanan anket ile elde edildi. Ankete verilen cevapların frekans ve yüzdelikleri hesaplandı. Elde edilen bulgulara göre, öğretmenlerin kapsamlı / gelişimsel rehberlik ve psikolojik danışma programını yararlı ve etkili olarak değerlendirdikleri belirlendi
