Abstract
Urban logistics is a field of study related to the solution of various problems caused by the mobility caused by urban transportation. One of the most important aims of urban logistics is to reduce the movement of freight within the city and to make it efficient. In this way, it is aimed to contribute to the livability and sustainability of cities. One of the important concepts within the scope of urban logistics is urban logistics centers. These facilities, which are expressed as urban logistics centers, are the structures that establish the logistics connection of cities with the national and international environment. From this point of view, the aim of this study is to select the location of the "Load Consolidation Center" as an urban logistics center in the city center of Kütahya with the Analytical Hierarchy Process method. In the study, three alternative locations evaluated according to the four criterias namely Distance, Cost, Geographical Feature end Soscio-Economic economic impact which are determined by the expert opinions. According to the results First Alternative determined as the most suitable location.
Özet
Kentsel lojistik kent içi taşımalar nedeniyle oluşan hareketliliğin ortaya çıkardığı çeşitli sorunların çözümüne ilişkin bir çalışma alanıdır. Kentsel lojistiğin en önemli amaçlarından biri de kent içi yük hareketinin azaltılması ve verimli hale getirilmelidir. Bu sayede kentlerin yaşanabilirliğine ve sürdürülebilirliğine katkı yapması hedeflenmektedir. Kentsel lojistik kapsamında önemli kavramlardan biri de kentsel lojistik merkezlerdir. Kentsel lojistik merkezler kentlerin ulusal ve uluslararası çevre ile lojistik bağlantısını kuran yapılardır. Buradan hareketle bu çalışmada Kütahya il merkezinde bir kentsel lojistik merkez olarak “Yük Birleştirme Merkezi” nin Analitik Hiyerarşi Süreci yöntemi ile yer seçiminin yapılması amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada Kütahya ili için uzman görüşlerine göre belirlenen üç alternatif lokasyon Yakınlık, Maliyet, Coğrafi Özellik ve Sosyo-Ekonomik Etki kriterlerine göre değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda kriterler önem derecelerine göre Yakınlık, Maliyet, Coğrafi Özellikler, Sosyo Ekonomik etki olarak belirlenmiş ve Alternatif A en uygun lokasyon olarak ortaya çıkmıştır.
