Study group of the study, which was designed using the phenomenological study pattern from among qualitative research approaches, consisted of school administrators, branch teachers working in the Elazığ and students studying in these schools province in the school year of 2015-2016 and 5 school managers, 10 teachers from other branches other than IT and 6 students studying in these schools with purposeful sampling method among the students studying in these schools. Semi-structured interview form that was developed to collect data was applied face to face with participants with sound recording. Content analysis was made on the data obtained from the study. As a result of the study, it was found that expectations of school managers from IT guide teachers gathered under three themes; extracurricular, information technologies and software course and integration of IT into courses; expectations of other branch teachers gathered under two themes; expectations in their branch courses and extracurricular expectations; and expectations of students gathered under two themes; classroom and extracurricular expectations.

Özet

Bu araştırmanın amacı, okul yöneticilerinin, branş öğretmenlerinin ve öğrencilerin ilkokul ve ortaokullardagörev yapan Bilişim Teknolojileri Rehber (BTR) öğretmenlerinden beklentilerinin neler olduğunu ortaya koymaktır.Nitel araştırma yaklaşımlarından olgu bilim deseninde tasarlanan çalışmanın çalışma grubunu 2015-2016 eğitimöğretim yılında Elazığ’da bulunan ilkokul ve ortaokullarda görev yapan okul yöneticileri, branş öğretmenleri ve buokullarda öğrenim gören öğrenciler arasından amaçlı örnekleme yoluyla seçilen 5 okul yöneticisi, BilişimTeknolojileri (BT) haricindeki 10 branş öğretmeni ve bu okullarda öğrenim gören 6 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Veritoplamak amacıyla yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu görüşmecilere ses kaydı alınarak yüz yüze uygulanmıştır.Araştırmadan elde edilen verilere içerik analizi yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda okul yöneticilerinin BTRöğretmenlerinden beklentileri ders dışı, bilişim teknolojileri ve yazılım dersi ve BT’nin derslere entegrasyonuşeklinde üç tema altında; diğer branş öğretmenlerinin beklentileri de, kendi branş derslerindeki beklentiler ve dersdışı beklentiler şeklinde iki tema altında; öğrenci beklentilerinin ise ders içi ve ders dışı beklentiler şeklinde iki temaaltında toplandığı görülmektedir.
