The aim of this study was to investigated the effects of erythromycin on cat myometrium in vitro. Bu çalışma in vitro kedi myometriumu üzerine eritromisinin farklı dozlarının etkilerini araştırmak amacıyla yapıldı. Myometrial örnekler oksitosinle uyarıldıktan sonra eritromisinin 0.6, 1.2, 1.8 ve 2.4 mM konsantrasyonları uygulanarak 10 dakikalık sürede uterus kontraksiyonlarınm frekans sayısı ve pik amplütüdü incelendi.
