Posttraumatic pseudoaneurysm formation on the peripheral arterial vasculature is very rare and occurs as a late complication after arterial injury. The external pressure of pseudoaneurysm may cause ischemia of the extremity. It can be diagnosed easily by history and physical examination. Even there are a lot of choice for treatment of such cases, technique of surgical reconstruction of the vessel using a saphenous vein interposition graft is the advised one. Özet
Periferik arterlerde post travmatik yalancı anevrizma gelişimi oldukça nadirdir ve travmanın geç bir komplikasyonu olarak ortaya çıkmaktadır. Oluşan kitle etkisiyle ekstremitede iskemi bulguları ortaya çıkmakta, öykü ve fizik muayene bulguları ile tanı kolayca konulabilmektedir. Bu tür vakaların cerrahi tedavisinde tavsiye edilen yöntem anevrizmanın geliştiği bölgede arterde rezeksiyon ve safen ven interpozisyonu ile rekonstrüksiyondur. Kliniğimizde ateşli silah yaralanmasından 18 ay sonra anterior tibiyal arterde yalancı anevrizma gelişen ve safen ven interpozisyonu ile başarılı bir şekilde rekonstrüksiyon uygulanan 25 yaşındaki bir hastanın nadir rastlanan bir patoloji olması nedeniyle makale olarak takdimi uygun görüldü.
