Abstract

An agreement between Turkish and Greece goverments were signed on 30 th January, 1923 about “An Agreement and Protocol for the Exchange of Turkish and Greek People”. It was agreed on establishing a mixed committee to carry on the agreement and to solve the disagreements arosen. In this study, the establishment, duty, authority, responsibility and the activity of the mixed committee were explained.

Özet

Bilindiği üzere “Türk ve Rum Ahâlinin Mübâdelesine İlişkin Sözleşme ve Protokol” Türk ve Yunan Hükümetleri’nce 30 Ocak 1923 tarihinde Lozan’da imzalanmış, sözleşme ile anlaşmanın uygulanmasını sağlamak ve bundan çıkacak uyuşmazlıkları halletmek için, bir Karma Komisyon’un kurulması kabul edilmiştir. Bu çalışmada, bahse konu komisyonun kuruluşu, görev, yetki ve sorumlulukları ile faaliyetlerine dair bilgi verilmiştir.
