Abstract

Papillary adenoma is a very rare pulmonary neoplasm composed of type II pneumocytes and clara cells. We describe a new case that was detected as a mass lesion in direct lung radiography. The patient was a 39-year-old male, and the neoplasm was located in the posteriobasal segment of the left lower lobe. Mass enucluation was applied.

Özet

Sol akciğer alt lob posterobazal segmentte lokalize, direkt akciğer grafisinde düzgün sınırlı kitle lezyonu şeklinde karşımıza çıkan, özgün bir morfolojik görünüme sahip, tip II pnömosit ya da Clara hücre kökenli olduğu düşünülen papiller adenoma olgusu sunuldu. Otuzdokuz yaşındaki erkek olguya kitle enüklüasyonu uygulandı ve özellikle-ri literatür eşliğinde gözden geçirildi.
